Yesterday we shot the first level of Lochte Hard-Core.

The shoot went great and was a lot of fun. It was my first shoot for fitness video and we are focusing heavily on developing a strong core The most important and fundamental part of the body in order to be successful as an athlete or in any workout plan is to have a solid core. We decided to work on building a strong core first in our workout plan because it will help people be able to work out harder and get in shape faster if their core is strong. I am excited to share some of the secrets to my training regimen with you and I am also looking forward to levels two and three, which we will complete after the Olympics.
